Coilover or Springs???

Got a STOCK 96 HB. I don't know if i should lower with coilover or springs? I also don't know what's da best measurements to drop the car. I don't want to lower it so that it gets scraped everywhere. Just good enough for better turns and good look. Holla back if ya can help out. Thankz yo.

Drop it about 1.6 or 1.8" (with springs) and put some good struts on it.

"spring" (pun intended) for the Ground Control. the cheap ones have aluminium sleeves, and the GC has steel sleeves.

and just to emphasize, make sure you get a camber correction kit, a good set of struts (or new stock struts if lowering the car 1" or less) , and get it realigned. Youll save yourself a lot of headache down the road if you do these things all at once.
