Default TPS gone bad for my 99 Civic SI

do you guys know a good way to fix this? ive read around a bit and ive seen that people say to take the TPS off of a Throttle Body in a junk yard or something and replace my old one, but ive been told its quite a pain in the ass and you have to adjust it just right to get the right voltage.
