Whats the difference in rs to ls
 
Ok so here is my question I have a chance to get either a Rs or Ls Transmition 5spd of course for my b18b1 block buildup which is better to snag? and why? just curious because i just am

hmm I remembr my teacher saying that a Ls tranny is probly the best honda tranny that is around. I think he said because you can be going 85 down the highway and only at like 3500 rpms

Meh... 1st gen s2k tranny was probably the best around. Now go slap yo teacha.

now umm not sure if this answers my question but there is still hope.......bolting a trans from a '90-93 integra to a b18b1 from a '95 integra once again what is the difference between rs and ls (for integra purposes), and which would be better for my application as in civic ex '94........I have opportunity to buy either a rs or ls 5spd trans for cheap so which on .......

Well, the RPMs at certain speeds are also affected by the way your differential is

EDIT: D'oh! I forgot that we are talking FWD here :(
