my 95 ex auto tranny wont shift into over drive, whats the wrong with it.

Just remember:
Going past your vehicle's redline (even with an upgraded valvetrain) is like smoking; sure, you might enjoy it while you're doing it, but eventually you'll look back and realize the damage you've done

Your car might be thinking it is still cold. I think the temperature that it shifts into overdrive is around 140*. You won't be able to go into overdrive if it is below that.
