Default wont shift into over drive

my 95 ex auto tranny wont shift into over drive, whats the wrong with it.

Just remember:

Your car might be thinking it is still cold. I think the temperature that it shifts into overdrive is around 140*. You won't be able to go into overdrive if it is below that.
