radio replacment civic se 2002
 

I am in the process of replacing the orginal and nasty factory fit head unit with my new DAB radio..And what a pain in the arse it has turned out to be..can anyone point me in the direction of a guide or even help me out by telling me how I go about removing it...

so far I have removed the glove box, and can get my hand, tightly up and behind the unit, I have managed to remove the strorage tray below the radio..but as for the radio im stuck...
