Default Cam and Camshaft

whats up guys, ive been researching. I cant really find anything that im looking for. Ive got a camshaft and gear on the way and im wondering if theres any specs i should set it at. How they are adjustable cam gears.... Anyone know how they are adjusted for performance. Going for more bottom end torque. Thanks.

What cam, what cam gear, what engine, what car, what other mods, what are you tuning with, etc. etc. ?
