This is an old thread I know, but to answer your questions about the Z:

I ran a best of 13.77 in the quarter bone stock with my '06 350Z - it is not stock anymore, and I haven't ran it since so I don't know what it does now. The '07 are even faster running low 13's at the track frequently. I posted my timeslip in the timeslip section.

i go against 350z's all the time. i have never raced any though that had aftermarket parts... i have not lost to a stock one yet though i know if they had as much as me they would blow my doors off i would imagine... well thats what i have heard anyways.
