blox and skunk2 make the best cams for honda, my opinion, and toda (expensive as hell). but get some hc pistons, upgrade the valvtrain, intake manifold, throttle body, and am ecu, and ull have a n/a sohc beast.

blox cams around 550
cam gears 200 or less
itantake manifold, 270 (how much i got mine for)
tb maybe 400 or less
vlavetrain 200
ecu 300.
dont know about the pistons though.

my baby has 64000 miles on it. Works excellent other than the rattling heat shield of the manifold [:@] [:@] [:@] [:@] [:@] GOD I HATE THAT NOISE! NOBODY WILL CLEARLY TELL ME HOW TO REMOVE IT EITHER!

the heat shield is held on by 4 bolts...just remover the 4 bolts and it will come right off

. i think if your looking directly at the heat sheild thats where the bolts are...its been a while since i

took mine off ...in a Y pattern...2 on top 1 in middle and 1 in middle bottom
