Are excel rims any good, looking at getting a package for 600 the first link is hyper black, next gunmetal, and third rim is gunmetal, which look better?

I have Excel rims, $600.00 for the rim tire package ,f$$k I pain 800.00 for mine. The shipping was fast but they were'nt balanced very well. You probly know this but the allen bolts on the center cap are purely cosmetic. They come with new lugs and custom socket.

Th rims that I want to get my hands on, are Hamann, so they cost like $600 a piece without the tires of course
