Default Eibach Pro Kit

I have the Eibach Pro Kit installed on my 98 Civic EX Coupe. I also have 18" Enkei rims on the car. Alot of dropped civics have the front wheels inside the wheel well giving it an aggresive look. My car is definitely lower but i still have a little space between wheel well and tire. In fact my rear tires sit lower in the back just slightly. How do I go about lowering the front for that more aggresive look?

So adjustable shocks would safely lower the car in front? What kind of adjustable shocks would you recommend?
