My Cavalier does that, but in my car, it's normal for the car to do it. It's called the "Getrag rattle" and happens to random vehicles and setups. I went for Carbon Kevlar ;)

On my Cavalier I use Castrol SYNTEC 5W30 and Purolator PureONE filter.

Never use an impact gun to torque things. The regulator is not very accurate, and the hammering stress it puts on the bolts can cause them to break. Get a big torque bar and a decent set of sockets....

Because AFAIK that cam makes lots of super high RPM top end power. It would be best to stick with the mini-me swap. Mini-me will give you midrange and top end power thanks to VTEC.
