Tune, Turbo, Exaust, Timing Belt, Water Pump & Fuel filter

Bought used 2000 si with 110,000miles exaust, intake and headers already done.

Did my research, now i have more acurate questions. Please help with any that you can answer.
Planing n the whole turbo thing end of the year but i want a set up that gives my boost late like around 5k rpm like SovXietday. What turbo should i get?
My exaust just seems to make noise and not do much else thinking about getin a new one. What would you recommend?
One problem i cant figure out is when i full my tank then start driving it feels REALLY slugish then around 5000 rpm it get back to normal. This process repeats until i get to about half tank then its normal all the time. Some one told me it might be the fuel filter. What do you think?
My car as it currently is i think needs a good tune. How much you think that would run me? And does a good tune really give you that much more hp when you have no turbo on it? And should i tune it then get the turbo or just tune it now then tune it agian when i get the turbo.

O and one more question... Not even sure if its the Si engine where is the engine code on it so i can post it up and you guys can tell me.
Yea sorry its kinda long but really would like the help.

i cant recomend a turbo for ya, as far as the sluggesh stuff, might as well replace the filter, its like 5 bux and 5 miniuits of ur time, u could also try a system cleaner like seafoam, that might help, by clearing up carbon deposits and sludge in ur engine. i would go for a basic tune up, oil, filters, fluids etc and save the money on a tune for ur turbo

the engine code is on the lower left hand side of the block, you should have a B18A2

Almost. You should have a b16a2 in your si. And it will say on the left side of your block. You cant tune your car since its obd2 unless you use a vafc or somethimg which would be a waste of your money anyway. Wait till you have a turbo to do anything like that. You have a ton of reading to do and you probably wont be ready for a turbo for another 6-8 months and thatsif you study your butt off. And try to be a little more patient when waiting for a response. Were here to help, we'll get back to you when we can and complaining wont make it any faster.Good luck.

I have a tip that should help you out big time. Don't be soimpatient. Are you installing it today, NO, so chill out.

Back to the original questions..

Exhaust - SEARCH
Sluggish-ness - TUNE UP, also run a compression test
Tune - Pointless in your position, wait till you're boosted

Engine code location is pictured below (also could have been found by using the SEARCH feature)

You've gota ton of homework to do before you start messing with boost if you want to be successful. Good luck
