if you want a bolt on kit, then i would go with greddy 18g. another good turbo is the turbonetics 60-1, but this will spool at higher rpms. it depends on how much hp you are making and when you want the turbo to spool.

I havent researched these a whole lot but, I've always thought the gt28rs was nice because it will spool early and still provide a good amount of power up top.

Changing vtec engagement is pointless. When you boost your tuner will probably alter it slightly, but don't go changing stuff like that on your own
