Default Hello: B16 coupe::Civic from the Netherlands::

Hi there, i`m new to this forum,so i thought i`d introduce myself.
My name is Nick, and i`m from the Netherlands. I used to drive Renualt`s, but made the switch to my Honda civic coupe 3 jears ago. Before that i had a R5 Gt turbo, Clio 1.8 16v, and a Meganè coupé. All very nice cars, but the last one fell apart alot and drove me nuts because of that. Thats why i decided to switch to Honda. My brother has a 1989 crx that he has driven every day for the past 10 jears, and it has never broken down or fallen apart!

So this is my ride....

Some specs:

Hahaha...you don`t know how many people told me that. I`m gonna change the tails, but 99-00 tails are no where to be found in Holland.

you can usually find them on ebay...most sellers will send them internationally so long as you're not from asia (lots of scams from there on ebay)

check with major part suppliers in the US, they ship internationally. Honda is also really good about sending factory parts internationally, but you will pay more for them.

good luck, and that's a nice looking car.

Like this...

Smear the valve cover with paint stripper.

After that it looks like this....

When you have removed all the paint,go over it with some scotchbrite and put it in the dishwasher for like a half hour. Then it looks nice and clean.

Later just mask off the parts of the cover that you don`t want to paint.

Shoot primer for aluminum.

And after that, color and heat resistant clearcoat.

And voila.
