Repair kit?
 

I looked through these posts but didn't quite find an answer I was looking for...

My hood is just COVERED in like spider web type cracks in the paint and all over the sides it looks like there must have been something on the sponge I used to wash my car that scratched it up everywhere. You can only see it up close but the spider cracks on the hood you can see very easily.

Is there any way to repair paint? Can I take my car somewhere to get it detailed where they will do this?

If so how much am I going to need to spend to get my paint repaired?
