Default Turbo D vs Maxima SE

6:00 PM: MOTHER ****ING WOMAN!

They never call when they say they will, and when you call them they don't pick up. So now I'm stuck waiting at home, on a Saturday night, knowing that I could be having fun with another girl. However, better chance of getting laid with this one... or so I thought.

Needless to say, she finally called me. We went to a movie, she paid (you should be taking lessons from me guys ) and we had a good time. Well, I should say, she had a good time. Late into the night as I began to pickup the flirting I suddenly came to a sheer realization.

She's dating someone! Now I know the first rule, dating a stranger is no excuse, but she's an honest girl. When the movie ended, we walked out into the extremely brisk night (for April anyway), gave hugs , and I returned to the boosted black chariot. I fired her up, over 8 hours of tuning the sleek idle put a smile on my face. The APEXi AVC-R and PLX R300 lit up infront of me, and I slowly pulled through the parking lot.

Cruising home I was reflecting upon my latest few mods, best of which has been my 1.762 2nd gear and 1.0333 4th gear. For those who don't know what that means... it means my car is rediculously nasty from a roll. I was rolling through the gears, still slightly pissed off about having to wait for no sex, it's a man's worst nightmare.

Suddenly I saw a pair of headlights slide out and speed up in the slow lane. It slightly peaked my interest, tonight is going to be one of the last cold nights for months... I'm not about to be picky. Three teenagers in a brand new Maxima SE pull up next to me, as far as I could tell it was automatic and stock. Well... I could have asked for worse I suppose, as the Maxima flex's it's torque by speeding to cut in front of me. Ok, you're on.

Traffic lately has been rediculous, so we both drove through town hoping for it to clear. As we pulled into portion of lightless express way, the traffic thinned greatly so I decided to find some clear road ahead. The boys in the Maxima were now getting anxious, beeping at me quickly trying to get my attention. I pulled into the right lane, and slowed to about 65. The Maxima pulled up next to me, I signaled 3 fingers for 3 honks... and honked down 3 times.

One... Two... Three.. I skipped 4th and went straight into 3rd gear. I can't hear anything over my 3" turboback, and I didn't need to. 3rd gear landed at 4500rpms, and with TPS at 100% the little Honda generated .60bar along with a loud hiss. The Maxima's front end fell two cars back by the time I had made it to 6500RPMs. I kept the throttle burried in the firewall and held on as the tach needle wrapped around to 7500. I didn't bother lifting from the throttle, I just sideswiped the clutch and burried the Maxima in buslengths of distance. After ringing out 3rd gear 4th only has 2000RPMs to redline, I let off at the end of 4th, and coasted back to 65mph.

Something didn't feel right, the Maxima fell back so fast in my rear view mirror I figured he probably didn't even hear the beeps and never went. Well, I guess I could find out, because he came back and lined up next to me again. I looked over, and was met with six eyes and three mouths gaping wide open. The driver shook his head, and signaled three fingers to me.

This time he beeped. 1, 2, 3. My head slammed back into the headrest as the turbo immediately spooled from the third gear downshift. "Jesus Christ!" I murmured over the scream of the engine as it wrapped back around to 7500rpms. Once again, the Maxima was left standing still. Damn, I thought these were at least a bit faster than this, how pathetic! I let 4th gear wrap around as I couldn't resist, and let off again at 110mph.

Next exit was mine so I got off and drove through some backroads slowly, with a really really big smile on my face. The best part about it all, is that my new engine will be done on Tuesday.

400whp DD, here I come bishes!

Cliffs: As usual, read it.
