Default Is a strut tower brace worth it?

I dont really know the benefits of using one of these. A friend of mine is offering to sell me his front upper tower brace for $30, which I know isnt alot, but I am curious to know the benefits of one. Is there any noticeable difference when it is added to an otherwise stock car(suspension wise).

i say go for it, i noticed a difference when i got mine. I got it for $30 off ebay and it works awesome. I can vouch for the cheap ebay strut bars making a good difference, there are a few other guys on the forum that have ebay strut bars and most are happy with them (or so it seems). Hit it up!

I suggest saving that 30 bucks towards a whole set of strut bars (front and rear upper) and tie bars (front and rear lower). eBay has 'em good and cheap. I would also suggest a H-brace instead of the front lower tie bar, a c-pillar bar, and anti-sway bars.

I've always heard, if you get a front strut tower brace get the back. Its like a peanut butter samich without the jelly.
