Default 99 civic vs 2007 tundra

Me, 1999 Civic Ex Coupe 5spd
Friend, 2007 Tundra Sr5 V6
so me and some friends met up and we were skating around a little.
As we are leaving we get to a light and are next to each other. I wasnt sure if he was going to race or not, so i didnt get the greatest launch in.
So he peels out a little as the light turns green, I got just take off, he pulls on me, but as soon as I get high in 2nd gear, I pulled back right next to him.
Then I shift into third and its straight for a while, so he starts pulling back on me again, but as soon as I redline 3rd, the road starts to turn a little bit.
Because he has a huge Tundra extra cab, he had to let off, but i could hear his tires screeching because of the turn, in my little civic, I am still hauling ass, not letting off the gas one bit, and I fly by him into 4th, and I just keep going until I get about 6 car lengths in front of him.
It was a good race, but I only won because the road turned.
Conclusion, Unless you plan on strictly drag racing, and dont care about handling....4cyl civics FTW!

Nice kill, and Bobby, unless he said something about trees being around, that was uncalled for.

You tell him Johnny! Nice kill. My dads new F-150 stomps all over my car with the 5.4 V8.
