does anyone know where i can get a set of 15" si rims to put on my 95 ex? how much do they usually cost

Ebay is a good place to start... about $500 with tires

They would cost you about $175.00 each without tires for new ones.
Used wheels can be bent , so watch out for what you buy and from who.

If you buy used wheels make sure you get some kind of assurance that they will take them back if they are bent.
