i have 2 12" kickers in a kicker box, and they BARELY fit in my 02 civic coupe. there is maybe half an inch to an inch of room to spare.

I think your safest bet is to go with just one 12" or maybe two 10"s. One 12" with a nice amp should be more than enough. If you know how to make a box you can make your own to fit your trunk perfectly so you have some cargo room still.

^ i can vouch for one 12", it bumps really good. As long as you've got a nice box and an amp to match the sub, it'll be really loud but sound pretty good. Prolly gonna need lots of dynamat though ;)

at first i wanted to do 15s in my sedan pointed into the cabin so i could pull the seats down, but i measured out fo the box and its too small, so now im going with 2 12's prolly cerwin vega vmaxs but im not sure, just somethin underground that not many people know about... but what exactly is your car? what is the actual mounting diameter? ported or sealed? do you have the ts parameters?

iwould either say two 12"s or two 10"s. depends on how much bass you want. what kind of subs are you getting?

a 15 will fit if you play your cards right, and build you box correctly...also, i have 2 MTX thunder 4500's powerd by a Power Acustik TS980.2 amp...980 watts peak. and trust me, i only use 1 sub with one channel (cant bridge because subs are sigle voice coil and will melt my amp...trust me, it happend) and thats more than enough bump. i use the rmote bass thing to turn it down when im listening to music that isnt rap, and back up when i need more bass.....i have set 1 car alarm off with just 1 sub and 3 with both, also, made a passangers ears bleed, and i have "tinatitus(sp)" where your ear swells up easily (kinda like tindetitus(sp), which is the same thing, but with your tendons) i couldnt hear for 3 days out of my left ear....the only other thing that has done that is i shot my 7.62x54R with no ear protection....yea, i hurt.
