yes, you'll have to cut out enough pipe so that the catback bolts up the your cat. You'll hvae to weld a custom flange to the end that will bolt onto the cat correctly, but other than that it should fit. Do you know what trim it is for? Coupe? Sedan? Hatch? I dont know if it really makes a difference but i see you have a coupe, so hopefully the catback is for a coupe as well.

excellent deal if it really is brand new..(trust me you can tell) and what brand is it? im feeling its an "ebay" exhaust...i have one (both ebay exhaust and DX coupe) and the exhaust is really really nice, a little fitmit trouble, but mainly becuase it has to hangers on the mid pipe so you have more flange options (if your flange isnt level....say custome cat or test pipe) and the one got in the way, but about 5 minutes with a cut off wheel solved that problem....also, if you buy a DX ehaust it has a longer pipe ($20 more on my option) because of the difference of cat placement on the DX and EX models...just do what flip said, buy it, and take it to a muffler shop and you'll be good to go....

also, I/H/E section would have gotten quicker answers, but its all good!
