130 bucks is steep for a tranny that may be in bad shape.

Have you asked him what car it came out of?

well it said out of a 95.

Well there is diff. tranny's for diff. motors.

Any d series tranny fits any d series engine.

Well not necessarily...92 and up is what you're looking for. You don't want a cable tranny, plus some cable trannys had a different spline count.

sorry, I should have clairified, any 92-00 d-series tranny (from a civic) will fit.
