02 sensor plug - 4/14/2007 4:40:54 PM    zoso Posts: 246 Joined: 2/6/2007 Status: offline I have a 2000ex and got dc headers for it, the new 02 sensor plug is in the middle of the header, my question is where do i plug the other end into? Post #: 1

RE: 02 sensor plug - 4/14/2007 11:50:41 PM    wirphotos Posts: 85 Joined: 2/17/2007 Status: offline on 2000 EX the primary goes in the downpipe of the header right before the cat and the secondary goes into the cat.  There should be a place to thread the o2 sensor in right on the top of the header by the engine and a second spot on the down pipe.  You need to plug the top bung and put the o2 sensor on the lower spot. RE: 02 sensor plug - 4/15/2007 3:52:14 PM    FlipHKD720 Posts: 7730 Joined: 4/1/2006 From: Marquette, MI Status: offline i know this is an ebay header, but its a good diagram ^ it has lines pointing to the 2 o2 sensor bungs, with the header you should have a gotten a plug for each hole like that picture shows. Plug the top hole and put the primary sensor in the secondary hole farther down the header, then i think you just leave the secondary sensor alone since you've got an EX. _____________________________ (in reply to zoso) Post #: 7
