Whats up with the forum lately?? when i try to access the page it takes forever to load. if it was just doing this at home it would worry about b/c i would assume that it is my connection to my wireless network. But it is doing at work as well were we have T1 (i think) connection. i was just wondering if this has been happening to anyone else?

yes it happened twice yesterday but i know patrick has been in contact with the people who deal with the server so lets hope it doesnt happen anymore.

Like Tyler said, the guys who run/operate the servers were trying some new things in hopes that they could speed up the forum a bit.

so I couldnt access the site at all for about 40 minutes...is this my computer? i dont think cuz i use every other site fine...is this part of the server problem mentioned above?

Did you get the ASP500 Error?

I had the same problem. But I knew it was them playing with the server thats all.


But as for speed this forum hauls ass for all the crap its got on it. You should have seen how bad it was about 2 years ago when it had less than half of its members and half the bells and whistles.

seriously, yeah, this forum loads up pretty slow.

i didnt have an error message...it was just "page could not be displayed" but it loads fine for me...but were either on T3 or Fiberoptic:D

I got the ASP500 the other day quite a few times. happened probably twice on wedensday and once on thursday for about 2 hours for me. seems fine now though
