I got 2 10" type r subs and a boxi am new to the whole sub and amp part i was wondering what is it that i have to look for in a amp and wire i would like to set this up in my car finally or if any1 has these subs could you help me pick a amp thanks for ur help in advance

Look for a 2-channel amp. As for power, that is debatable. I like amps that can't blow my subs. So, I go with amps that have a lower rms than the rms of the sub.
For a 2 channel amp, you don't have to bridge. I have a sony 1000w (no called 1200w) 2 channel amp. I had 2 12's but it hit too hard, so I dropped to one 12. If you get a sony amp, you cannot bridge it, it will xplode (lol). Rockford Fosgate also makes nice amps. It's up to you. Personally, I just go the circuit city and best buy to see who has the cheapest amp, but yet still has name brand and quality.

just get a 2 channel amp w/ built in cross over and bridge it! if you buy an amp at best-buy you will never blow those type r's!!! i had a 10" punch P1 bridged to a 600watt punch amp from best buy... sounded good!
on my current setup, i wired the negative and positives on both subs together. then i bridged them to the amp with one wire(sounds confusing... understand??). sounds better than doing the bridge alone!
crossfire VR600D is what ive got running my JLw3's, and ive installed several 600D's on 2 alpine type R's. It is an excelent choice for powering these subs, VERY clean power and sound with enough to push them to pound. I put all my recomending thoughts into that amp.
as for wiring 2 subs to a one channel amp, you need to wire the sub together first in parralell, then run the wires to the amp, its kinda complicated so if you need more info let me know and ill be back to explain it (also stay away from sony amps)

I wouldn't go as far as saying stay away from Sony. If you use them as they are intended, they will work perfectly. For schmucks that can't read "do not bridge" don't by Sony because, well, you're a schmuck.

What's your price range? Buy a Class D Monoblock, no need to bridge anything. Besides the fact these people are idiots cuz almost all Class A/Bs are only stable at 4 ohms bridged, when your wiring options with a 4DVC is 2ohms n 8ohms.
