Hello guys, im new the civic forum..

Preface:
I have a problem, recently i've been going up into the moutains a lot.  and my civic 2003 sedan lx is getting owned.  All i have on it are eibach springs and an aem short ram.  I go snowboarding a lot, and i also have some family up in the mountains.

Question:
Would it be a dumb idea to just install headers, without the whole exhaust system? From the megan website, they only provide EX headers?  Also, the exhaust system consists of what parts? heh, im noob.

PM'd... but so anyone else can see: If you've already put all that time and money into doing the LX-->EX header swap then you really should attach them to a new catback. If you never even want to turbo your car you can keep the diameter small and get a quieter can to keep your car more silent, that'll still let the car breathe good and keep friendships with neighbors.

I was wondering if you have any sound clips of your exhaust? I just bought that header, and am now shopping for the cat-back system. I just want to know how that sounds.

check out my thread i have 2 vid  clips of the same exhaust system

just got the exact same set up on my new integra.  AWESOME torque increase...but the DB's??  I have always been a hater on silencers....but i honestly had to throw mine in...it was outrageous at WOT.
