i'm looking to do a auto to manule tranny conversion and i want to start to buy part but have no clue what to buy i was hopeing someone here can give me a list of what to buy so at the moment i looking to get a B18c DOHC VTEC GSR engine that comes with a 5 speed trans but other then that what would i need other then the clutch pedle and the shift stick.

Is it cable or linkage. Im lazy and I dont know.
