Default New guy needs help on civic engine mods.

Hey guys, just need some advice basically. I bought my 2004 honda civic hatchback 3dr sport se about 2/3 months ago and now into looking to beef it up in engine department.

Been looking at air induction kits and powerboost valves etc just need some advice on whats best really to get started. my cars runnin 110 bhp stock. need to up it .

Intake/Header/Exhaust to get started. Let that thing breath first. Then go from there.

any suggestions on brands at all considering im from england/Uk. I was considering forced induction, 'pipercross viper kit (have a search if you havent heard of it but its like the europeanequivalent performance part to AEM etc.)

also exaust suggestions?

and can anyone explain what a header actually is and any brand i should look out for or order?

Not too sure what to think about the Pipercross thing. Looks like alot of other shady things out there. Exhaust, Apexi World Sport 2 is a great system, not too raspy and loud. Or you can buy any one of the skunk2, Megan, Greddy catbacks.

Header is the exhaust manifold. DC Sports make great headers.

i know that magnaflow makes great exhaust systems for the v-8s and everything so im thinking about going with that on my 93 civic. it will give it a deeper tone and less annoying
any opinions?
