I did notice surface rust on the rotors before i took it for a drive (normal after sitting for months) but after I came home and took it apart, the surface rust was gone.

Average Civic clutch...How long?

Just curious as to how long an average clutch lasts. I have a 2000 ex coupe and still have the original clutch with 107,000 miles on it with no signs of problems.

I am sure it depends differently...

I had the caliper and rotor off and the axle nut, then realized the tie rod bolt and the upper and lower ball joints would have to be removed to pull the knuckle off so i put everything back together...
