I got a manual, I don't think I'll ever go back to an automatic. Even if I had 6 kids and drove a van to cart the monkeys around with,I'll have a stick in it.

I learned on a Farmall H, actually. Then other tractors around the farm. When I got older, I would ride my dirt bike all over the place. All that got me used to the clutch/shift deal.

The first car I drove was a 1986 Jeep Cherokee. That thing was sweet. My brother wrecked it right before I got my license, so I ended up with the car he was going to get. It was a 92 Honda Accord DX with a 5 speed. I took my license test in that car and did not fail. Suffice to say that the instructor was suprised.
