I believe that's TD05-12A, which is a smaaaaallll turbo (but it'll be good on a Civic, if you can get it installed right.) They can hold their own until about 14 or 15 psi, so if you've got a built motor (or are going for a build) and want to run higher boost, you're going to need something else. The good news is, it'll spool mad fast; the turbine wheel is so much bigger than the compressor wheel that it'll throw it around no problem. The bad news is, I've never heard of anyone installing one on a Civic. Here's why: Starions were RWD (longitudinally mounted engine), with the turbo situated on the passenger's side. This means that the compressor was located on the frontside of the turbo setup (and to the front of the car) so the intake could feed directly into it. What this means is, if you were to try and line this up with a Civic engine (laterally mounted), you would find that the compressor will be on the driver's side of the setup, which means you'll need some fancy charge and intake pipe routing to make it work...

Yeah, no one really knows about them. I think they'd be good drift material myself...

Well of course... but that would be a tricky adaptation.

Well, at least for those, the RWD drivetrain already EXISTS... I don't know anyone who makes a RWD tranny and driveline for a 4G63.
