Default lbs of boost...?

How many lbs of boost can i run on a stock 1.5 liter w/out modding the internals or the tranny... how much do you think this will cost me and any suggestions on where to buy the turbo kits for a 91 hach dx?

the most you can run safely would probably be around 9 lbs. check out www.turbo-kits.com for some turbo setups. Price depends on what you want... intercooler, bov, ball-bearing, etc... $1,000 - $4,000

Thanks man... can you answer me something else... or anyone for that matter... i have over 200 000 mi on the engine should i mod it and slowly "rebuild" it( putting new internals one thing at a time) or should i jus save the $ and do a swap

200,000 plus... wow, you might want to just go for the swap. Im not sure if it will run a turbo for very long with that kinda wear on it???

Trying to put a turbo on a 1.5 with 200K is not the best thing to do.
