Ok I need to know is there a difference between the exhaust manifolds for the D16Y7 and the D16Y8. Everybody makes manifolds for the VTEC engine but nobody makes them for the non VTEC.

the y7 has the cat in the manifold. the y8 doesnt. I've got the y7 with the y8 header.

thanks, I haven't worked on very many Honda engines before. I just converted over from working on Rotories.My friend thought they were totally different so I had to make sure

rotories huh? what do you have done to the Seven?

Well I had the motor bridgeported and I milled the Rotors,installed 3mm apex seals.I just got done V-Mounting the intercooler a few weeks ago.

I'd like to dyno it this week but I'm kind of broke now because I wanted to buy parts from japan. It wouldn't be a problem if there was a Super Autobacs where I live. I don't think it will hit the dyno untill the spring.

cool, post that ish when you get them. i love rotories. even though i think rotory heads overrate them a little, everyone else underrates them a lot.
