I Have Called All Of The Body Shops Where I Live && Nobody Will Put Any Kind Of Exhaust On My Car.
But They Didn't Give Me A Reason.

try calling an exhaust shop...if you haven't done that already. there's absolutely no reason why they'll reject their services to you

^ try looking in the surrounding cities/towns... I live in the middle of nowhere (my town has a population of barely over 2000).  15 minutes away is a muffler shop that does absolutely amazing work.  Also, if it's a cat-back system, you can put it on yourself with jacks, jackstands, and basic handtools.
