Default 00 ex header install ????

I was talkin to a couple people and even looking around on here and from what i hear its pretty easy, but one friend told me today that in order to get the header off the block you have to remove the radiator fan becasue theres not enough room to pull it off the threads? Is this true, if not whats the easiest way to take everything off? any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 99 ex and just put a new header on about amonth ago and i didnt have to take oof the radiator fan, there is enough room to just drop it down underneath and pull it out

ya ya dont have to remove anything but the header pipes.....

just use a jack to lift the car up and a 2piece header will go in quickly enough... hardest part will be removing the stock header. those heatshield bolts are always a PITA to remove... i couldnt get my lower bolts so i just bent mine back enough to get to the header bolts with a boxend wrench...

but if its a 1piece youll have to lift the car up preaty good to fit it up from the bottom... can still be done with a jack just gotta lift it higher
