i got a 99' ex coupe and my friend has a 95' neon, both cars are stock so who will win in a race that's about 1/4 mile?

it also depends on what type of trannys you both have also. If either one of you have a manual trans they are most likey to win

Also if you have vtec and/or he has dual overhead cams or if his is a coupe. I'd say it'd be a close race anydangways

The neon will will. His EX is most likely an automatic, and I had and automatic 95 neon and they are geared pretty low.  They were designed as gas savers and have a lot of low end torque for taking off at red lights around town, so if your friend knows how to pull it down and hold it in 2nd longer on the automatic. I hate to say it, but I know from experience he'd kick your a$$.
