Default Ef Civic 88 std HB to B16A1

well....my car is slow..........

it has a 4 speed.......

i want it to be faster so im thinking about swaping in a B16A but i dont know if I should go for the strait swap with the B16A1 or go to the b16a2 with the little extra HP and go from cable to hydrolic trans....

how much would i be looking at to swap either of these?....

and how much harder is it to put the B16a2 with a hydrolic trans than the A1...and is it worth it?

yea it drops right in if you have axels and a mount kit and the proper wiring for your injectors for the vtec and a nice shift linkage ecu and some other **** i just cant think of right now

you cant use your stock tranny...must have b series tranny...look for a complete swap

this is good...you will likely come across a fewthings but they will be realsmall and whatever shop you have do it will prob have the parts on hand....this is a nice complete swap but you will need to change your wiring for the vtec and your injectors(do you have dp or multi port?)check out rywire.com for a harness
