what about swapping between different obd systems, ive heard you cant go to a different one, even forward, e.g. obd2 motor into obd1 car.

I got a book "honda/acura engine performance" by Mike Kojima I believe off of Amazon. I think it was like 13 bucks. It cleared up alot on engine swaps and what you can get away with "smog legally".
