Default fenders/wheel well

above my tires the fender is bent out on both sides and idk what its from they were there when i got the car and its gross any idea what its from? maybe tires hitting or something?

Do you mean the underside lip. Are you lowered? If so could be tire rub.

yes i am lowered...thnx i thought it was tire rub but dident see how it could be tires causing that...any idea how to not let it happen again?...lift it? or...

Someone on here mentioned carefully( cannot stress that enough) bend it under. Raising is an option but asthetically I chose to bend.
