i have a 96 honda civic ex with an aftermarket muffler or as many call it a fart can but the only problem is that it deosnt fart its got a deep sound and i want more of a loud fart sound that can be heard from a mile away and i heard that if you take off your catalytic converter it will give you that sound is this true...i was going to replace the catalytic converter with a thrush glasspack lol...good idea? or bad idea

you can remove the catalitic converterand replace with a test pipe (not recommended), and you can remove the resonator (not recommended).

You can get a good exhaust (recomended) and then save yourself some headaches in the long run

what do you think it would sound like if i put the glass pack cherry bomb on there in place of the catalytic converter and then have my muffler where it is or is that a stupid i dea

if you want loud just take the pipe off the header.............. LOL but that is the typical RICER CODE.......
