ok before you guys bug out, i know paper racing means nothing just want some opinions. My friend really thinks that his 2004 automatic base model rsx with an Intake FILTER( thats right just the filter) and a muffler welded onto his stock exhaust will beat my 94 ex coupe with a jdm B16a swap, greddy evo2 catback exhaust, SRI, Skunk2 cam gears, Dc sport headers and a skunk2 intake manifold. Am i over confident or is he just really dumb?

well i think u should have, kinda of a advantage. ur car is much lighter than his (hopefully) u have an nice engine and u sure do have all the extra features such as I/H/E. so i dont know. inthe end is all about the driver but the best way to find out is just to race him.

You should get him if you can drive ok. If it were a Type-S it would get you.

type S is the k20 so unless u had a gsr wiht I/H/Wthan ill beleive u sicne one of my friend has an GSR intergra and he barly beat the k20. they raced 2 time. on the 1st time the k20 miss shift which cause him to grind some of his gear out. the second was was good it was head to head.

The Driver has a much bigger affect on the race then people think. Ive beat a stock Type-S in My pretty much stock Si cause he was one of the crappiest drivers ever otherwise I wouldve got owned
