Got pulled over for the first time today for doing 90 in a 65 racing my friend and only got a warning!

dang...i got pulled over for doing 17 over...not even racing or anything, and still had to pay a 200 dollar ticket...

illinois law is 15 or less over (except constructon and school zones which the penalty is rape) is 75 ticket and unless u get alot of them no court date required over 15 is reckless driving but is only 95. and i imagine if your goin hella fast they just throw you in jail.
