Ok so i found a local civic thats boosed here is the link to it.

Now, ive been considered a trade for a civic (the biggest reason is that my rig needs a serious amount of body work, and I dont want to do it, and also emssions here in CO is every 2 years, and I still have a year to go, I really dont want to wait it out to obd swap and boost...etc.

So this civic is up there and I have some questions

Is the 97 ls swap into the 97 body legal?

Theres no way ill pass emissions I take it, so if I take off the exhaust and turbo kit, tune it, and then try emissions will it fly?

Its only been tuned with the SAFC hes says. Thats not good is it?

Yea I know its a 4dr, Im not too worried about that, I could actually use one for taking my kids to rugby practice every now and then
