Depends on the shop. Call them and they'll tell you. Do make sure they GRIND the head and not MILL. There is a difference.

Coolant in oil? Oil in coolant? No? Fix the hose and drive until for a bit and check again. Could be fine, could need a HG, but we're not psychic.

you're not getting 400 hp out of the d-series any kind of easy or on a reasonable budget. Once you do you'll just start breaking everything else... transmission, axles, mounts... not stopping you,...
