Default autox in '99 civic si

well raced in my friends '99 SI yesterday. wasnt planning on it tho...came home saturday night from a movie at around 12:30am when on the way home i noticed a clunking sound,my sway bar endlink on the driver side disconnected cuz the bolt backed out. not only that but for some reason the driver side rear suspension was sagging alot. fixed the sway bar but couldnt figure out why the suspension was sagging so i played it safe and just co-drive the SI. had a great time, some very very close competition. took 1st place in STS out of 7in the SI, yes beating my friend in his own car i've never raced before lol.

got my first 1st place beer mug trophy from Philadelphia Region, holds alota beer

got videos from both of us. heres our best runs. his intake is quite loud esp at VTAKK!!

as for my suspension sagging...yeah i dunno whats going on. took it off today and checked it out. no leaking from the shock, spring is seated correctly, tophat is fine, bushings are fine, lca is fine..i dunno. it kinda looked like the tophat was tilted a little where it sat on the top part of the spring but i dont think that cause it to be much lower than usual. o well, my suspension should be shipped soon and hopefully here by the weekend.

lol ya, but i think he's kinda used to it now...2 other RDR members have co-driven his car and beat him haha. i dont really understand why either, he's done just as many events as i have and even more than the other guys. just not driving fast enough[>:]he still hasnt beat me when i've driven my car and we have pretty much the same mods, same suspension, but he's got more power..

cool videos. that would suck to get beat by someone using your own car heh.

do you have to be a member of a club to get some time doing some autocross? or is there just a fee you pay to mess around for the day? i'd love to get involved in some of that, looks like great fun.

edit...and congrats on 1st place in your class. nice mug..what kind of beer are you going to fill it with?
