anybody have ideas on installing a new set of oem fog light for 96-00 civic. would like some advice please!

Actually. The 96-98 are different. The 99-00 you have to cut the bumper up to do it. Its a pain in the ass... trust me.

I have a feeling it's going to be like that, but for some reason I love that fog light. Any ideas where I might be able to look up some instructions? Any other forum?

my is the 00 ex coupe andthat's bad. the 00 is low emission vehicle and I hardly heard anybody talk about juice it up, but I'm stuck with it for now.
