Car Crash New Setup

So yea been awhile since i last posted. In the past i was torn between Turbo and a Sc but went the turbo route. Well now my car it totaled (idot got a flat tire on the highway person braked and came over infront of me). So now with the money i got from insurance i bought a Ex instead and gonna swap my engine in it.
I like turbo but i had to do too much mantaince on it even though i am greatfull for the expreicne it gave me.
Now i wanna go Sc. I have a basic idea of wat i need. Some1 one told my that with a Sc you dont need to upgrade exauste or to get a header cause they wont help you increase hp. Is that true doesnt seem to make sense.

well it seems like anything gonna give you more horsepower, you're gonna want a bigger exhaust anyway? I've heard Megan Drift Spec works great both for N/A and F/I though (and it wont break your wallet), so i say look into that anyway
