Default H22A Swap In 2000 EX

I've got a 2000 EX Civic and I just found a killer deal on an H22A

http://www.jdmtigerjapanese.com/prod...roducts_id=196

I don't really know how to put it in nor do I have the tools so can I just take it to a transmission shop and have them put it in? I've read that the H series is a tight fit in a civic so is there any other parts I need? How much do you think it would cost total to get me all set up adding in the cost of labor?
