I am thinking just doing the diff hanging down so that you can see it from the behind the car. No axles or anything. Keep it simple and easy for some dumb kid to install. I think just making so that you can use double stick tape to stick it to the gas tank will be easiest. LOL

How about a header that allows you to have "true" duels.  It will like alike a 4-2.  Cyl 1 and 2 will go together then connect to an exhaust pipe leading to the muffler and then cyl 3 and 4 will go together into another exhaust pipe leading to the other muffler.  That might cost a little too much to make though.

I think I am gonna go with the Fake Diff idea. Its simple and should be really cheap. If I can get my vacuum form table setup it should be a breeze.
