Default Lower Springs???

Hey everyone,
Im thinking about getting some lowering springs but I have heard that you really need to get ones that work with the stock Honda Civic shocks. Im driving a 2004 Honda Civic EX and my friend told me about some good ones but I forget what the name brand is right now, but I just wanted to hear some suggestions from The Forum.

Default RE: Lower Springs???

It really depends on how much you want to drop it. If you want 2 inches or less, your stock shocks will be ok...but still blow faster than normal. Tein S-Techs are good and get about 1.5 inches. Skunk2 gives you like 2.5 inches. Both seem good from what Ive seen and rode on. As far as shocks Id go with either Tokico HPs or Koni Yellows.
